Default skys free sky plus box offer

hi,
had an advert posted other day for the "recommend a friend" offer of a free
sky+ upgrade and unfortunatley binned it,
i need to know the T&C of it,cant find it on website

ive just cancelled my full package on sky+ because of the cost,
but the girlfriend wants to have it switched back on just to have the 2 mix
package and not bother with the sky+,

ive suggested if she does, she might aswell sign up as a new customer (she's
never had sky before, and my sky was in my ex wifes maiden name who never
lived here),
and then get a new digibox and get my dad who has the full package on a
standard digibox to recommend so he can get the upgrade,
i need to know a few things to qualify for the offer....

1st,
will they let my girlfriend in as a new customer, having never been with
them before? im talking about the "1 per household" thing,
could she say she's just moved in? it is her house after all and it will be
a new name and bank account,
my ex wife did have a second free install on the same house a couple of
years ago using her maiden name and they never twigged on, she even used her
married name on the direct debits!

2nd,
does my dad have to have a telephone connected, he's been with sky for
years, but so had i when i had + fitted last year and i had to renew my 1
year contract?

3rd,
i read somewhere that you must take up the multi room with this offer?
definate no no if so because of the phone!

ta, korky

just found the page http://www.sky-digitalonline.com/#
and it does state that the free +box must be connected to a telephone line,

bit off ,seeing as my dad has been with sky for years off on on and he's
never once had a fixed line or had a subsidised box!
i'll give the above a call tomorrow, if they say they cant offer the +box,
i'll just tell them to cancel the subs!

.....k

As the name is different Sky won't know.

They will want to connect it for the installation but it can then be
removed. Only multiroom phone connections are policed.

I don't know.
