Default Complaining to Sky

I've had a look in the faq but it is more for technical stuff...

Who can I phone or email/write to at Sky, other than their customer services
to complain about stuff? E.g. Orange have an Executive Office people can
contact (though it is not publicised; complaints sent to directors go
there). I there a list of names/email addresses for Sky execs, for example?

Just make up an email address. It's much quicker and will be equally
effective.
