C5: "no satellite signal is being received"

no problems here but normal 5 was going off yesterday, and so was BBC1

Had this myself the other day,rang sky up and had to go into services,then i
think star key then press no1 then select,gets u into setup menu then press
no6 which checks for new channels etc and let it do its stuff and it brings
it back to life(c5).

services,then i think star key then press no1 then select,gets u into
setup menu then press no6 which checks for new channels etc and let
it do its stuff and it brings it back to life(c5).

Sure it wasn't services 4 0 1 select and then option 6 new installation?
