I recorded a film and it now wants a PIN number - never used them before - but the dot has gone - yippee. This is just what happened to me when they introduced the "dual record" software upgrade a year or so back. It's immensely frustrating. It was even more so when a month after that the card reader failed on my box and I had to get it swapped for a new one -- losing everything I'd recorded AGAIN. Some kind of backup/restore solution for Sky+ would be nice... -- (O)enone
