Default SKY+ best option

Currently have TV but the signal here is so bad and unpredictable I'm going
to go for a SKY+ subscription as neighbours on each side get perfect Sky
reception. Yes I've tried all the usual, like aerial cable, connectors
antenna. We're just in a bad area and low down with a Leylandii problem to
boot.

So given I have a Humax PVR, SKY plus seems good. But apart from the regular
FTV channels I only need say Eurosport and SKY1 to keep me happy. So which
SKY+ option is most cost effective

cheers

You have to subscribe for a minimum number (2?) of premium Sky Digital
channels to avoid paying for a monthly subscription for Sky +.

Is 'premium' like movies/sports? A friend it expecting to get this on a
£15 sub (was installed last week so he'll be a bit shocked if there's
another £10 sub to pay!)

Cheers,
Chris

Exactly! Mind you I believe that they have to be Sky premium channels, so
subscribing to FilmFour or porn would not count!

The monthly sub is payable for Sky + if an insufficient number of Sky D
premium channels is subscribed to.
