What do they actually do on Universal HD? Do they have commercials? Are the
movies uncut and uncensored? Do they have pop ups? Do they ruin the end
credits? Do they show huge ratings boxes?

Mostly show reruns of Universal TV shows, but they also show Universal
movies.

Do they have commercials?

Yes, but not in every program. I haven't figured out a sure-fire way to
tell if a show/movie will have a commercial or not. But, they don't do
as many commercials during the shows, and have a big block at the end.

Are the
movies uncut and uncensored?

Yes, in general. They don't add cuts for language/nudity/etc., but if
they didn't get the "full" version of a movie, that's a different thing.

Do they have pop ups?

Not that I recall seeing.

Do they ruin the end
credits?

No, not in general.

Do they show huge ratings boxes?

This is now the law, so for TV shows, yes, they have to. For movies, they
used to put all the ratings info at the front, before the movie.
