Default Newbie Help

Sorry if this sounds thick, but the answer doesn't appear in the FAQ.

I have just had Sky installed and am concerned about the kids accesing
the interactive games. Do all the games have a charge?

I have set my spending limit at £0.00 but from the info I have it
appears that this only stops Box Office purchases without a PIN. Is
there a way to stop the kids accessing games so I am not charged apart
from telling them not to press the buttons!

Sorry if this has been asked before.

5. Unless you have a multi-room subscription, the telephone connection
isn't policed during the 1 year the contract requires it. It is not a
technical requirement for Sky to work (all software upgrades are via
satellite). Consider removing the cable completely.

I would say always remove it completely and consider replacing it only
if you have a specific reason to do so.

Not a problem - I'd be happy for the text about to be added to the FAQ
if it is felt appropriate.

This would be a worthwhile addition and has been duly noted.
