Default Missing Link

I have Holby City on BBC 1 as a series. Although the next episode is
shown on the Sky Planner the episode it should have recorded hasn't.

What I have done is to select the program & press record and then I
press the green link button. Is there something else I'm missing?

Most, if not all, people with Sky+ have problems with it from time to
time. I usually blame any problems we have with it on the cats, which
is probably unfair.

Remove the episode that didn't record, add next week's episode to the
planner and series link it. Sometimes series link fails, but usually
works a few minutes later.

AFAIK the Sky+ box only tags the next episode of a series linked
programme to be recorded after the current episode has finished. If
there was a problem with the initial recording that may cause the next
not to be flagged.

Thank you for the suggestion. I've deleted the entry from the planner
and added next Tuesday's episode & hopefully that will do the trick.
Now that I think of it NO episodes have actually been recorded so your
suggestetion that the original entry may have been faulty makes sense.

That's worth knowing; I've made a note of the channel number, thank you.
