Default £20.22 Price increase ?

I dropped the movie channels last month, and moved to the family package,
but I have just checked my bank statement and Sky have taken £20.22 instead
of £19.50. I know there was talk of a price increase (again!), but £20.22
seems an odd amount. Can anyone confirm if the family package price has gone
up, and if so if £20.22 is the correct price.

Thanks
Kev

Family pack goes up to £21.00 from 1st September.
You have an odd amount because you are only paying a part month at the
increased price.

Yup that makes sense, thanks, much appreciated.

Actually the ridiculously named "Family" pack ceases to exist from 1st
September. The replacement - to take all 6 mixes - is called the
"Entertainment pack". (I think they should have called it the 6-pack).

Ceases to exist for new customers - existing customers will be allowed to
remain on Family Pack but if you change your subscription in any great way,
you'll probably be "persuaded" to choose one of the new packages (the
"mixes").

But, as taking all the 6 mixes is PRECISELY equivalent to the "Family Pack"
you are splitting hairs surely!!??

Get this - I rang Sky last week to drop all pay channels but keep Sky+ sub
at £10.00 a month. I got billed £30.17 on 17th. When I rang and asked why,
they said the 'payment was prepared on the 12th' even though my payment date
is 15th. So I dropped channels but paid more than usual this month! As I now
have a credit of £22.00 I haven't got to pay Sky a penny until November.
