Default WatchSkyForFree.co.uk - too god to be true?

OK, apologies if this topic has been aired before, but whilst web
surfing today I came across the WatchSkyForFree.co.uk site, which claims
that for a one-off payment of £4.95 you get access to 200+ channels.

This sounds like a right con to me. Anyone got any ideas/comments?

Just search for "streaming video" and "webTV" and you will get the
info for free.
