recording from sky plus

Hi Guys
I have a sky plus unit but has filled up most of my hard drive space, I have
some stuff I really want to keep, how do I record this onto DVD or Video?

Plug the output marked 'VCR' into a VCR/DVD recorder and play it on the Sky
Plus whilst ..... wait for it, selecting 'record' on the VCR/DVD recorder !!

Alternatively if you want it in low quality you can select long
play/whatever on your VCR/DVD recorder then line up several things to be
played out via 'Copy'. RTF Sky Plus M for that.

Not forgetting to.
Set the correct 'channel' on the VCR/DVDR to record from the SCART
ie. not a numbered channel but something like Input1 or Line1 or AV1
