Hi
I have a v1 box. Upgraded to 160GB disk. Everything fine until recently when we got the dreaded 17 min bug. So today I did the full system reset. Now it says System Fault and won't record. The 2nd LNB signal and strength indicators are zero. Rang Sky who told me that if that message comes up after a FSR then the box must be faulty. £65 for a call out and replacement. And I will have to put the old disk in before they come. Is there anything that anyone suggests that I could try? Thanks Steve |

Not sure if there is anything else you can try, but I would definitely put the original disk back in, as they will most likely just swap your box for another one. -- Sean Black |

You can confirm by (obviously) putting the old one back in. -- Tumbleweed email replies not necessary but to contact use; tumbleweednews at hotmail dot com |

It can't do any more harm. -- Digibox problem? : A reboot solves 90% of these.
