In Brighton anyway don't know when it came back but its back on 41

It's not back in Scotland. According to their enquiry line (recorded
announcement) there is no date. Could it be that TV regions not run
by ITV are not going to receive ITV News?

It's still off in the Westcountry, and there's no date for that either. I
also receive a relay of Wenvoe and that's still off, but due to reappear
shortly AFAIK.

Perhaps their "back in early 2005" claim should be reported to the ASA or
Trading Standards? ;-
