Default E4 just launched but whole mux has broken up!

I'm watching the E4 launch as I type & as soon as it opened, the
picture is breaking up! I checked other stations on same mux & all
are breaking up. Signal quality is still 100%. Watching off Sandy
Heath.

Same here. Sandy Heath. Signal stength and quality 100%. Picture break up
all over the place and no sound whatsoever.

This is what I would call "Impact Testing"
Put something live and wait for the complaints.

Its the weather - all the signals from Waltham are way down here (half way
between Waltham and Sandy Heath).

Well, nearly ...

E4 in 14 has audio+video, but every few seconds flicks to "service
unavailable" then comes straight back, seems like a glitch in there
somewhere ..

E4+1 on 39 is OK

705 has the BB MHEG with either bars+tone or the E4 adverts behind it

Unless you count intermittent bouts of destruction of the test match
commentary on Ch 4 - do I presume the same mux?

Yes, it's the same mux. I think it's still settling down a bit.
