Stan The Man pop his head above the parapit and spewed

|| Please educate me -- is this ringtone derived from a kid's comic, a TV

This ringtone was derived from a Webpage that had a picture of an F1 car on
it, and the sound playing in the background. The challenge was not to laugh
when you heard the sound while looking at the picture.

I can't renmember the link, but I';m sure someone will post it

Then the video of the frog, was aded by another person. This was nothing to
do with Jamster.

Jamster asked the author of the F1 car noise, AND the author of the actual
frog video, if they could use it, and have been paid by Jamster.

Well, that's a nice story and good luck to them. I just can't figure
out where all the money came from for the big TV spend.

They, (Jamster) have made over £10million from the first ringtone alone. No
doubt this new one is making them a packet too.

How about we all get together and sue Jamster for causing severe
psychological trauma?

The people behind the frog have a ton of money, and no TV channel has
the taste - or the balls - to turn it away, because they know that if
they don't take the cash, someone else will.

The only way to erase the frog is to punish those channels HARD -
boycott them ENTIRELY until they clean up their act, and make sure you
let them know. They'll soon wet themselves if they realise that people
just won't take it any more.

Seriously, nothing else will drum it into these people.

Ofcom can do NOTHING. It's just an advert and it's cleared for
broadcast. It would be down to the ASA to make a ruling anyway, and
there's nothing THEY can do either unless it breaks any rules - which
it doesn't. There is no rule against moronic adverts.

The BBC would do well because up to now I've seen on EVERY single channel
that advertises.

Good old BBC..Worth the license fee alone if only to skip the advertising
crap like this :-)
