Default Sky+ woes

Ok - -

In laws got Sky+, they were given a Amstrad Sky+ Box, and since they
ahve had it, nothing but screen freezing, box turning itself off etc.
Already had one guy out to reset the software but still getting it.

I live opposite them, have a Pace Sky+ box v2 and not had a problem at
all, fingers crossed,

Options, can er get Sky to repalce the whole box with a pace one or any
other suggestions?

tell them to keep complaining and ask for a replacement box. I had my V1 box
replaced with a V2 been fine since then. Maybe they just have a duff box
(more likely a duff disk).

Not just a "replacement" which could be reconditioned: they need a
brand new box of another brand that works and they must insist on it.
The item provided is clearly not of merchantable quality.
