Hi All,
I am having a problem getting my VisionPlusDTV PCI card up and running. I have successfully scanned and added all the expected channels (and some I didn't know about ). When I go to view thesechannels, however, while I get perfect sound, there is no picture. I have tried everything the TwinHa FAQ suggests. I have: - checked for other MPEG2 codecs. I have removed all the ones I could find in the Add/Remove programs list. Where else should I look? (Note: I also have PowerDVD installed. Would this affect things at all?) - Installed latest VGA drivers (I am using an ASUS EN5900 which has an nVidia PCX 5900 chipset) - checked my directx version. I appear to be running 9.0c. - re-regestered the suggested files, 'claud.ax' and 'CLVSD-dtv.ax' in both the product bin directory and the windows/system32 directory. All of this and no luck. I have tried logging an issue on the Twinha online supprt site, but so far am still waiting to hear back from them. Is there an MPEG2 codec I should download to get this working. To me (with my EXTREMELY limited knowledge of such things) it appears to be an MPEG codec issue because when I pause/stop the picture, the frozen screen shot appears. I can also take screen captures successfully. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Regards Rob Manger |

Uninstall that and see if your video works. The forum at http://forums.dvbowners.com/ is very good for TwinHan support |
