Default Who ordered the movies?

Hello

Each month I seem to be charged £47 which I put down to someone ordering
box office movies. Nobody in the house owns up to it so is there anyway
I can find out what the extra charge was for so that I can, probably,
identify in the house who is the guilty person?

Doesn't the Sky account show what movies were ordered? In any case, I
should set a PIN number to prevent people ordering anything without
your consent.

You can actually check your bill online. It tells you what was watched and
when (box office)

Go into Services, Parental Control, (enter PIN), Select 2 (Spending Limit),
set it to £0.00. Save. Press Backup. Press 4 (Online Restriction), Pin Entry
before going online, set to "On". Save.

Then whoever wants to go online, or order a PPV has to enter the PIN.

Just change the PIN number from your car number to one only you know, and
all will be fine. No more stolen PPV movies

That sounds like you've got Sky World (£41) and another £6/month
premium channel. Are you quite sure you don't subscribe to FilmFour or
MUTV or something like that?

And then phone customer services and get a password put on the account and
specify that only the account holder is permitted to book PPV movies.

And finally remove the telephone cable, and fill the modem socket on the
back of the digibox with glue.
