Default Legal or not

Looking through ebay last night and noticed Peter Kays "Paddy and Maxs Road
to nowhere".

Now seller says in auction that the DVD falls within ebays rule because *the
shows have'nt been put on DVD yet*
Surely though there's the copyright owned by Channel 4?

It's quite amazing to see some sellers making their DVD recorders/Sky+/TV
cards make money for them huh? ;-)

I noticed loads of the *Amirillo* CD/DVD listed as RARE too...There's a
novelty,UK's Number 1 *rare* already?

Sadly this just about sums up Ebay vendors: turning a dishonest profit
from a charity item.
You don't have to look far on Ebay to find the world's crappiest
people. Some of them are running it and the others are selling on it.

The copyright would be owned by the BBC/Comic Releif. Therefore he is
selling copyrighted material, a thing that is forbidden by Ebay rules!

If I were you, I'd report him, and get the charity stealing gob****e busted

(that's if he is selling the Comic Relief version too.)

I think the Amerillo Comic Relief CD's on sale are quite legal (Just bulk
bought and selling for a profit As Jom Mentioned)

I was wondering over the TV Series *Paddy and Maxs road to nowhere* being
not on DVD yet?
(Even mention recorded in high quality with the commercial breaks removed)

I know were allowed to record for our own personal use but not sure over
selling on Ebay?

That's quite correct we* haven't made it yet, it amazes me how much trouble
these rip-off merchants go to make it look like you have the real thing,
with the DVD cover and DVD surface. I would wait and get all the extras your
going to get with it

* we being the company who has the contract to make the DVD

The copyright is owned by Universal Music.
