Best HD TV Listings

I am looking for the best websites for TV listings that tell whether a show
is being aired in HD or SDTV, whether they are actually using high-def
cameras, etc. This would be for the USA. I am in Montpelier, Vermont, and I
will probably start with Adelphia Cable, and perhaps get a dish sometime in
the future.

I am also interested in watching New York Yankees games. In past years, I
purchased the InDemand's MLB (Major League Baseball) Extra Innings package.
