I think I mention on here or either uk.tech.tv.sky.... A mate of mine bought
similar from an Ebayer...The website concerned (for premiership footie
anyway) was some guy with a webcam in front of possibly a different TV in
his house..
Surely that's re-broadcasting?

Can't say I'm sure about the Italian and other Euro channels though most of
these can be viewed in the newer version of Winamp anyway for free!

I'd bet the premiership football is *a webcam in front of TV* affair and the
other *sky* channels are the usual news/shopping/music channels feeds found
elsewhere on the net.

I like the copyright 1999 at the bottom of the page

Domain was registered 18 Feb 2005 and (surprise surprise) the registrant
does not disclose his address

Not just a bit dodgy: totally crooked I think. Especially given the
total absence of any contact details on the site or whois record.

How long till Sky have the heavy mob on him? Not long, I hope.

The bit that makes me laugh is "No SIM Card? No DigiBox? - No Worries"

Since when have you needed a SIM card to watch Sky?

I've had one since day one - Sky supplies a little plastic card with it
embeded. ;-)

A Friend (yet again) works for O2 customer support and he's mentioned their
trialling TV via mobile phone...So perhaps that Sim card bit could be
correct ;-)
