Does anyone know an easy way of clearing the hard drive to get back to 100%
to use over the last 6 months since I have had it the greyed out bit unaivalable for recording has grown till it is now at 12%. With everything deleted it still says I only have 88% to use. Is this common with all? and if not how do you get the 100% back. thanks in advance for any help and advice. |

Did you try the rebuild freespace option? Or failing that a full rebuild (nukes what is there)? services 4 0 1 select (IIRC) then choose the appropriate option. -- Tumbleweed email replies not necessary but to contact use; tumbleweednews at hotmail dot com |

Its the last two options on that page that comes up, 6)planner rebuild (rebuilds freespace, should keep existing recordings) 7)full system reset (this will erase your existing recordings) -- Tumbleweed email replies not necessary but to contact use; tumbleweednews at hotmail dot com |

As to the menu you get, it's 7 for planner rebuild, and 8 for full system reset (well at least it is on mine). |
