Just hooked my PC to my RCA HD TV using the DVI port. It's a 52" rear
projection TV. Using PowerStrip on my PC I've got my resolution at 1680x926i and there is no over or underscan. Since I'm a newbie at this I thought I'd ask on here if this is optimal or if someone could suggest something better. The TV is an RCA D52W20. |

Have you looked for help over at www.AVSFORUM.com? There is a whole forum
with sub-forums dedicated to HTPC. http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showt...t=powers trip "Custom Resolution Guide for 1080i HDTV-HTPC-POWERSTRIP-RADEON" for one. I found it in under 5 minutes using the search feature - 278,387 views, 1,375 replies. -- "Sleep is a poor substitute for coffee." - Anon "Noozer" wrote in message news:[email protected] Bump "Noozer" wrote in message news:[email protected] Just hooked my PC to my RCA HD TV using the DVI port. Already been through that thread and my TV ain't listed... I do plan on
adding my timings though. Just trying to figure out if having such an odd resolution (1680x926i ) is going to cause me issues, or if it's better than I should be expecting already.
