Default Can I use this Sky+box?

Hello

I have a Sky World package; my grandaughter has just cancelled her Sky+
contract & has given me her box. He dual LNB is still attached to her
dish. Can I, legitimally, use that box & pay someone to supply &
replace my single LNB? Could I remove her LNB & replace mine with it &
run another cable from it?

I am looking for a cheap Sky+ installation but do not want to do
anything illegal or improper.

TIA

Henry

Yes, take the LNB and stick it on your dish, then ring sky and get them to
marry your card to the box... should take about 5 mins.

Steven.

You could do that, but if you want to use the recording and playback
features of the Sky+ box, you'll need to get it activated and pay £10
per month, unless you already subscribe to more than 1 premium
channel.

I think I do, I pay about £41 per month.

Thanks
