Default HD Prosumer Camera Summit- results?

Hi all,

According to news this summer, JVC, Sony, etc. had decided to hold
a conference to decide on a standard for HD camcorders. Has this
been held yet? Have any of the results been announced? Is it likely
we'll hear some specs soon, or will we more likely have to wait
until after the holidays?

Both, from what it looks like. They're supposed to specify the video
format standards offered (looks like the familiar 720p and 1080i) and the
media used (trying to stick with MiniDV).
