sky plus time and freezing?

Anyone had experience of their sky plus box showing the wrong time and
freezing? Mine often is 20 hours late which is annoying as I often tape late
nigiht programmes. The picture also freezes for a few seconds quite often.

Anyone able to help?

Have you switched it on and off again at the mains?

Yes but it doesnt happen all the time it self corrects then happens again.
Seemingly its a known issue at skys end
