Where to find codes for a universal remote?

Hey all--

I have a Motorola Universal remote control and I want to set up the
"aux" patch to control the volume of my receiver (Sony LBT-D159)..any
ideas where to look for this code? The manual doesn't really provide
codes for receivers, it looks mostly like "Aux" is intended for
Satellite decoders...

Any hints on how to do this? Volume is the only control I need, so if
the receiver responds to some of the same codes as a particular Sony TV,
for instance, that would be a workable solution for me.
