RCA-DTC 100 Servcie Menu Access

Thank you for the response, have you ever tried this ? I'm curious because
I've tried a dozen times but with no luck. I'd like to setup some favourites menu's but can't without the system passcode, which I don't have. If anyone has any suggestions I'm all ears. call direct tv and they will reset the password.
