Default HDTV on Comcast in Augusta Ga 9/15/2003(?)

Comcast won't tell me anything except "by end of year." A 'reliable source'
told me today that rollout date for customers is September 15, 2003 and that
HDTV boxes will be installed by technicians rather than pickup at Comcast
site. So far have only found test signals on channels 178 (Shotime HDTV),
180, and 182 (CBS and ABC I think.) Channel 181 (NBC) was coming in for a
while with video and audio but think the video was regular broadcast. Can't
find any other test signals so far. Maybe the standard digital box can't
pick them up?
FYI and would appreciate any other info on Comcast Augusta's plans (Comcast
just is not a very customer oriented company!)
