Default Local dealer shows usual ZERO knowlledge

I rang my local Hughes TV dealership today (East Anglia) an enquired re
possibilities of buying a CAM unit through them for my Sony IDTV that I
currently rent from them - reponse similar to "What the **** is that?". I
also logged on to TUTV website and actually tried to order a subscription
and on the basis that I was an IDTV owner I was ungracefully kicked out of
the ordering page... I actually receive Freeview pretty well, I am also
aware that there exist suppliers out there gearing up for the demand for
CAM's for IDTV's yet how come our retailers are the last people to know? (I
suppose that is a stupid question really - I mean, what am I REALLY
expecting of a long-established TV retailer - too much obviously).

I'm aware that OnDigital CAMs have been sold online recently. Can
anybody confirm that they've actually got TUTV on their IDTV?
