According to www.dtg.org.uk:

Channel 4 is on course to launch More 4 on Freeview "early next year".
The new free-to-air service is aimed at "older ABC1 viewers" and is
expected to include repeats from C4, some acquisitions and, possibly,
some originations according to a Channel 4 spokesperson.
