In "Maximizing the quality of SDTV in the Flat-panel environment", it
says

"Our public service mission calls for technical quality which does
justice to our high programme quality."

Can someone please get a copy of this publication, and hit the
relevant BBC managers around the head with it until they understand
and act on this statement.
