| Would this include Tits-Up-TV?

| snort

Sorry Typo TopUpTV ;-)
A www.topuptv.com
?10? extra channels with subscription of GBP8 per month

| What would this bring that the tech.digital-tv doesn't offer?
|
| Not the same thing, necessarily; I have a digital TV and therefore

receive
| the Freeview channels, but the technical issues for a digital TV

are not
the
| same as those for a set top box.

Newbies to uk.tech.digital-tv, which is a medium volume ng, think

that
restricted to freeview.

Dave F

That was my idea, digital-tv has other digital topic in there. A

newbie
looking for freeview information would soon get lost, myself included,

hence
i dont use it much. So Request a group just for freeview discussions.

Could we get a uk.tech.tv.hdtv as well (or uk.tech.hdtv

We dont have HDTV services. So a uk group is not much use. Have you searches
for a global group on HDTV

There is Euro1080 which is admittedly not a widely used HDTV service,
but
others seem to be planned for Satellite as well as pre-recorded HDTV
media
from the USA.
