Default Easy to see and use remote control

I'm a newbie to the remotes board. Have searched the boards and have
been unable to come up with the answers to some remote questions.

is lit and easy to see and use in the dark

can be programmed to switch the cable box and TV's "favorites"

and be programmed to switch the TV's built in speakers on or
off

with one button (instead of the menu and sub menu option on the

Sony's remote)

Can use both my cable box and tv's favorites feature

Any help with this or pointing me to a site explaining the many
possibilities of remote features would be greatly appreciated!

I love my pronto. I can learn functions from my other remotes, set up
macros, or download config files from remotecentral.com. You can find them
on ebay from 75 to 150.00.
