It is a 12 month contract. You must continue to pay the monthly fees.

If that is all you want i wouldn't bother getting telewest. Buy a digital
teresterial box.

Hi,

I know somebody who recently moved house from Telewest cabled area to an
area not served by Telewest and they said because they could provide
service, the contract
would cease and it did.

£13.50 including phone-line rental. Mostly free-to-view channels, but
includes Sky One.
