Hi

For most of this week I have no lisings available on every channel.

The now and next banner is the same..............

Its there about every 1 or 2 times I select it out of say 10.

I am in Grananda area - anybody else had this?

You are receiving all channels OK? Just the EPG listings that have gone?
Have you tried unplugging and restarting the box?

If the blue banner doesn't appear when you press the select key, make sure
the banner timeout isn't set at 0 sec.

Hi

No the banner appears - just without information - it says "no information
available" - most of the time and have noticed the time is wrong (by about
10 minutes) on occasions.

Pictures are good and signal strength is okay - i have reset the box about 5
times this week and forced an upgrade twice.

Still no difference.

My sig says this:
Digibox problem? : A reboot solves 90% of these.

and the FAQ says the same.

If your box still doesn't display the EPG properly after that then you
have some sort of fault. Try your box on another dish, to see.

Hi

I think i said in my original post that I had reset the box numerous times
and also forced an upgrade.

Speaking to a few friends last night it seems they have had the same
problem.

So methinks its something at Skys end.

Dave, Oldham.
