Default Mobile phone disturbing Sky

I don't know if this is normal but when my mobile phone is lying about
3-4 feet away from the digibox and is receiving a text message, the
picture on the TV freezes and only the sound continues. Any
suggestions?

This is well known.
The 1800Mhz GSM band is within the range of frequencies that is passed from
the LNB to the box.

The solution?
Well its obvious isn't it?
