Default Sky+ Multiroom Installation Question

I'm due to have Sky+ Multiroom installed in a couple of weeks.

I have a question about the cable that comes in from the dish.
Basically, I have an air vent behind a large TV in the room where the
Sky+ box will sit and therefore won't require the installer to drill
any holes, and no cables to hide as the TV is in the way.

However, in the room where the 2nd box is to go, I have a nice neat
row of plug sockets and an aerial socket on my wall. I would like the
installer to fit a satellite a flush mounting F type outlet (which I
am happy to provide) for the satellite signal, rather than a cable
straight through the wall into the box.

The Sky bloke I spoke to when booking the installation seemed to think
the installer would not do this as it's not a 'standard' install. Is
this true? If it is, any ideas how much would it cost to get him to
fit it?

It is not part of a basic installation however let him do the basic install,
when he goes you can add the surface mount box and plate yourself. All you
need is basic DIY skills, the installer Will do the box for you but wouldnt
be classed as a basic install and you would be charged extra.

Steven.
