Default Freeview on Sky help...

Just cancelled sky subscription, cos I only watch BBC and ITV anyway, but
have a few questions they didn't really answer on the phone.

They said I wont loose my channels until 11th of October, is it normal to
take a month?? I usually get billed on the 15th of each month. Do Sky charge
a month in advance?? So I'll keep the channels until October, but wont get
charged this month???

Also, when they do cancel on the 11th of October, will I still get BBC, ITV
etc???

Thanks for any help

IIRC you do pay 1 month in advance & yes you will keep ITV1, C4 & Five (BBC
are FTA anyway)

You have to give Sky a months notice. You will be charged on 15th September
for the period from then until 11th October (worked out on a daily basis).
