Default The downside of Sky+ is...

....that when you watch almost everything later than it was broadcast
(well, I do), you see trailers for things you wanted to watch after
they have aired. I just got very excited when a trailer for Donnie
Darko came on... :-(

But given that everything on the pay channels is repeated endlessly,
does this matter?

The only channels that don't do endless repeats are the main 5
terrestrial ones, and the news channels of course.

The news channels don't strictly provide repeats but are of course endlessly
repetitive especially on a slow news day.

On the entertainment channels I quite welcome the repeats & the programme + 1
hour channels in order that I can schedule viewing or recording. It's a shame
that the BBC wastes so many channels with identical comment for 95% of the day
instead of providing us with BBC1+1, BBC1+2, BBC2+1 etc
