Default Typical shoddy work from sky

Got a technician sent by sky to fix the system (£65) from First Line Digital
UK. He was supposed to arrive before 9 am but we recieved a call from sky at
8.45 saying that he'll now be coming between 11 & 2. He replaced the LNB, 2
hours later the problem of a laggy/freezing transmission occurred. What a
nice waste of time and money that was.

Anyone else experienced this type of misdiagnosis from sky/First Line
Digital?

Dave

Tell them to get back there again. And tell them as they didn't fix the
original problem, they are "in breach of contract". They made a contract
with you when you paid £65 to fix your problem.

Don't take no ****. you nedd to be firm with these people.

Clearly he will have to come back again for free, or refund you. I
would claim for loss of earnings also.
