Default sky contract

I am approaching the end of my sky one year contract but I am confused how
things change after the first year.

At the moment my selection ranges from the £13.50 a month package up to the
sports package depending what's on. (I have to pay at least the minimum
£13.50 according to sky customer service)

After 12 months can I choose to have no channels at all costing me nothing
and decide if I wish to have the sports package for example on a month by
month basis. How does this work with the direct debit. Apologies if this is
a FAQ.

Just the same. Whenever you phone up to subscribe to a package you will set
up your DD again (note: you pay in advance remember). When you want to stop
your subscription you give them 30 days notice. Any difference will be
refunded.

But there would be a new 12 month minimum term for any new
subscription, would'nt there?
