Default best way to upgrade to sky+

Bought my original box when digital first available. Now I am considering
upgrading to sky+ and getting rid of my Tivo.
What is the best way to upgrade contact sky or buy and arrange installation
myself.

Any offers on at the moment.

Sky don't care about existing customers. We ordered Sky today in my name at
our new house, my wife cancelled her subscription at our old house.

We were told by Sky that I cannot take out a new subscription as my wife had
one. So now instead of having Sky + and 2 additional boxes making
subscription £60 per month, they are getting £0 per month from us as we have
cancelled everything

As we were told that no one in our household can take out a new subscription
because my wife already had one, my question is, what happens when my
children move out and want Sky, or what happens if we get divorced

It's probably easiest to arrange it with Sky. It'll cost you £199 for the
Sky+ box and £60 for installation. If you were to purchase the box yourself
from somewhere else (e.g. Comet) it would also cost you £199, but it's
likely that installation by an independant installer would be more than £60.

£259 is a lot to pay, but it's well worth it in my opinion! :-)

And how on earth did they know this unless you told them?

Grrr. I knew this would happen! :-p

Where did you find this out? It's not on the Sky Plus website, but then
again they tend not to update it!
