Default Deutsche Welle - Am I Going Mad?

A DW programme has appeared in my Sky + planner.

I did not put it there.

Neither did my wife or daughter.

I think I would have remembered going through the TV guide up to Sunday,
selecting a programme to record then pressing the series link and keep
buttons!!

I know TIVO did a deal with the BBC last year to auto record a drama
series - is this similar ?

Anyone else have the same thing?

That's happened to me before on BBC channels. Perhaps it's due to bad EPG
data?
