Default sky plus space ever decreasing...

Hi got an issue with my sky plus box...

over the last few months, a few programs have failed to record... i noticed
that when they failed, there appeared to be a small dark blue bit to the
right of the yellow "Space indicator" as if there was something recorded,
but it is not accessible... i now only have two films on my recorded items,
and last week, due to henman's game over running eastenders, for some reason
the sky box recorded all the way from 8pm through til the END of eastenders
when it was finally on at 9pm-9.30... now to the right of my space indicator
is a LONGER dark blue line, and less than 74% free, where i worked out there
should be at least 85% free.

looks like there are recordings that are not accessible... maybe a "Disk
clean up" is needed... how do i do this?? and will i lose everything?

cheers.

4, 0, 1, Enter

to get to the hidden service menu. There is an option called
"Full System Reset"

and will i lose everything?

Yes, all will be wiped clean, including any errors. And no, there is
no other way to regain the lost space.

Regards

Mark
