Default Excellent movie lineup on TCM tonight.

7:00pm The Time Machine (Classic Original 1960 version)
9:00pm Superman
11:30pm Forbidden Planet
1:30am Village of the Dammed (B&W 1960 version)

If TCM can maintain my favourite genre of movies then I will certainly
cancel my Sky Movies subscription and stick with TCM!

Brendan

Good stuff. Do TCM still show in the correct aspect ratio?

Yes. they generally show the movies in the original aspect ratio, but it
won't be anamorphic.
It will be in a 4:3 frame (but with black-bars)

They will only have a couple of ad-breaks throughout the whole movie.
Almost tolerable. Unlike ITV and others where they are like every 15-20
minutes!

Yes as far as I can tell they have always done this - top marks to
them.

And do they still only broadcast in mono?

Not on in my book for a subscription channel - that's taking the **** as
I see it.
