All Sky channels gone

Due to death in family bank account frozen so direct debit to Sky stopped.
Only prob is they cut me off with 2wks to go on last payment. Can only
receive BBC, C4, Five, ITV1,Travel & rubbish channels. Not right is it?

lots of things in life are not right,money issues concerning sky are
nothing new,they really are ruthless *******s.

Mistakes happen. Being in bereavement doesn't offer you immunity from
life's little cockups. Give 'em a call and check out what the situation

Sky were actually very good to me when I had to temp. move to a block of
flats where no communal digital setup had been installed - they froze my sub
for two months and *repaid* the subscription for the two months I'd paid for
and no been able to receive.

It all depends who you talk to and who is managing your account (either
that, or I was dreaming at the time!)
