Default An ode to Stuart Murphy (BBC3 contrroller)

To the tune of "Bread of Heaven"

At-the BBC, there is a man called Murphy,
His-logos drive us up the wall,
"SUNDAY BEST", "ALL NEW" or "PEROU'S PHOTOS",
How we wish we could kill them all,
Stuart Murphy, Stuart Murphy,
Stick your logos up your arse,
Stick your lo-o-go-os up your arse.

I thankyou.

I've come up with one as well:

**** off Murphy, you ****.

How long to go until his self-imposed departure from BBC3? Given his
apparently "mixed" (according to Broadcast) reception at the Beeb, he must
be getting a bit worried these days...

Idea shamelessly nicked from OFITG eh? But yours doesn't scan properly.

It was in the mag but I've chucked it out. It was also on their website as
well, though. IIRC it was in relation to Murphy's application for Jane
Root's job (****ing hell, an applicant even more useless than the previous
incumbent). Broadcast claimed that he'd got a "mixed" reception at the BBC
so far, which is presumably mediaspeak for "most people think he's been a
bit ****e so far", so he was an outside candidate. In the same sense as
Iain Paisley will be an outside candidate for the next Pope.

His self-imposed deadline for his BBC3 departure is 35 isn't it? I'd chip
in for a cake if he's still there then. It'll be stale and mouldy and have
"**** OFF ****" iced on the top, but it will still be a cake.

He'll be running it for 35 years?
