Default Forced Software download

how do i do this on a pace sky plus box?

my old grundig sky box had an option to set the 2nd rf output to a different
picture ratio ie 4:3 or 16:9
will the software download sort this for my new sky+ box?

It isn't a different picture ratio (at the same time as the ratio out of
the scart socket) though. It works like this:

"sky" IR keypress is sent to the RF window on the front of the digibox
using a remote control:
- picture out of both scart sockets and both RF outputs is in the main
ratio setting

"sky" IR keypress is sent to RF2 port (eg using a TVlink):
- picture out of both scart sockets and both RF outputs is in the
"second location" ratio setting

will the software download sort this for my new sky+ box?


Not at the moment, no. It's a new feature which is currently only in the
software on normal digiboxes. It might be added to Sky+ sometime in the
future.

unplug it and wait 10 seconds and hold down the back up botton on the
digibox while pluging it back in and keep it held down ntil all the lights
on the front panle light up and let go off the button
