The warranty would be voided if you opened the box up but a can of aerosol paint
in the colour of your choice should be OK. Make sure to mask any air holes.

Actually it looks like there might be a nascent market here. For the Xbox you
can buy various plastic slip over & stick on products that alter the colour or
appearance. One could offer the same for the silver Sky+ box.
